![]() Countess is one of my least done fights, mostly because I tend to restart by the time I hit full level 6's and need a final curse-wipe. ![]() Originally posted by RopeDrink:Does Riposte even trigger it? I mean, if you hit Wilbur with a Riposte, the Swine isn't going to counter you because you just countered an attack > there's never more than two attacks in any one action, though I get that Love Letter could be treated separately. You can solo-heal with the Vestal, but when those eggs start popping, having a backup helps, plus healing doesn't actually trigger the eggs. If he gets shuffled backward, you could lose some uptime without other heroes to shuffle him back into position, but the off-healing is handy. Riposte may not be as effective vs Countess as it was before, but it's still his movement skill (thus still worth it - it'll still get some usage outside of movement).įlagellant is great provided he can stick in R1-R2. Normally I just mass-clear the Court with the exact same comp from start to finish (VES-JES-FLA-HEL), but Countess is the one instance where I tend to swap in one or two Highwaymen instead.Īs for Highwayman, I'd still take one for his bleed, given he can maintain uptime with it from R1-R3. Unless you take a squishy Pierce-comp, you're gonna need DoTs unless you like slapping massive PROT with raw damage for peanuts. I rarely ever take breakthrough (move-skill) on Hellion (neither for bosses nor general content). Assuming she's anywhere other than R4, she can always hit the Countess with her R2-R3 bleed. You can forgo the rank 1 buff ability and just lump her with Sharpen Spear.
